As a certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT, 1100 hours) and RYT-500 teacher, I specialize in trauma-informed, evidence-based practices that integrate breath, movement, mindfulness, and somatic awareness. My offerings are designed to offer care by gently supporting emotional regulation, and mind-body connection.

Personal Sessions

Personal sessions meet the client where they are at and proceeding gently forward. They may include a combination of the following:

  • Meditation

  • Restorative Yoga

  • Trauma-Informed Yoga

  • Full Yoga Instruction

  • So much more

Pricing for Personal Yoga Therapy

  • $80 Initial Intake Session, (approx. 1.5 hours)

  • $65 per 1 Hour session after Intake Session

  • $360 for a 6-week pre-payment that includes the initial intake session (a $50 savings)

Please note I do not take insurance, but work to keep the cost low and affordable.
