EARTH – Grounding, Strength, Stability
When feeling: Anxious, scattered, insecure
**Walk in nature, touch soil or trees, hold grounding objects
Breath: Deep inhale (4–6), long exhale (6–10)
Yoga: Mountain, Warrior, Forward Fold, Garland
Affirmation: “I am grounded. I am safe.”
Meditation: Feel the support beneath you
WATER – Flow, Emotions, Connection
When feeling: Emotionally blocked, disconnected, moody
**Bathe, dance, journal, hydrate, clean with intention, hug
Breath: Ocean breath, Alternate nostril, Left nostril only
Yoga: Cat/Cow, Crescent Moon, Pigeon, Butterfly
Affirmation: “I trust the flow of life.”
Meditation: Visualize water, flowing movement
FIRE – Energy, Confidence, Motivation
When feeling: Lethargic, stuck, unmotivated
**Rise with the sun, set goals, learn something new
Breath: Bellows breathing, Skull Shinning
Yoga: Sun Salutations, Chair, Boat, Bow, Camel
Affirmation: “I am strong. I have purpose.”
Meditation: Visualize sunlight in your core
AIR – Breath, Clarity, Inspiration
When feeling: Anxious, stuck, fearful
**Go outside, write, speak your truth, simplify
Breath: Ocean breath, Box breathing (4-4-4-4)
Yoga: Warrior flow, Tree, Forward Fold, Legs-Up-the-Wall
Affirmation: “I move calmly. I am clear.”
Meditation: Breath awareness, chest to belly
ETHER – Space, Stillness, Presence
When feeling: Overstimulated, crowded, avoiding silence
**Journal, stargaze, simplify, sit in silence, express creatively
Breath: 3-part breath
Yoga: Restorative holds – Child’s Pose, Bridge, Shoulder stand
Affirmation: “I am spacious. I am connected.” Meditation: Visualize infinite sky, expand awareness
